All shipments are eligible for basic coverage. Customers are automatically enrolled in basic coverage at no additional charge.

Enhanced coverage is available to customers at the time of placing their order. The cost for enhanced coverage is based on the declared value of the shipment.

4. Coverage Limits

The coverage limits for basic and enhanced coverage are determined by the declared value of the shipment. Customers are responsible for accurately declaring the value of their shipments when purchasing enhanced coverage.

5. Claims Procedure
In the event of loss or damage to a shipment, customers should follow these steps to file a claim:

A. Notification: Customers must notify SmartDrawing of any loss or damage to the shipment within 7 days of the delivery date.

B. Documentation: Customers are required to provide the following documentation when filing a claim:

-  Proof of purchase or shipment order.
- Photographs or other evidence of the damaged items.
- Any other documentation requested by SmartDrawing to assess the claim.

C. Claims Review: SmartDrawing will review the submitted claim and documentation to determine eligibility and coverage.

D. Compensation: If the claim is approved, SmartDrawingwill provide compensation in accordance with the coverage option selected by the customer.

6. Exclusions
This insurance policy may not cover:

- Loss or damage due to inadequate packaging by the shipper.
- Loss or damage caused by acts of nature or force majeure events.
- Loss or damage to items excluded in our Terms and Conditions.
- Loss or damage resulting from undisclosed prohibited items or items in violation of our shipping policies.

Return Conditions
1. You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).

3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
